The Movement

This isn't a diet trend. It's proof.

The .02 Percent Club exists for three reasons.

1

To find the rare few over 50 who have achieved visible abs.

2

To help the over-50 Seekers who are ready to become the .02%.

3

To prepare those in their 40s to be ab-ready by their 50th birthday.

Our Vision

Redefine what aging looks like.

To build the world's most exclusive community of ultra-fit adults — proving that peak physical performance has no expiration date.

Our Mission

Unite the ones still chasing it.

We unite and empower elite individuals who have achieved — or are actively chasing — peak abdominal definition through world-class community, strategy, and mutual accountability.

Josh & Sandy — decades together, one iron anchor.
Our Background

Built on shift work, not in a luxury gym.

The .02 Percent Club wasn't born in a high-end wellness clinic or an influencer studio. It was forged over four decades of grit, rotating shift work, and a refusal to let life dictate physical limits.

Growing up in a rough neighborhood in North County St. Louis, times were tight. As a preteen, dumbbells became a way to build myself up against a rough environment. When my parents divorced in high school, I moved to Troy, Missouri, and found two constants that would shape my entire life: weight training, and my incredible wife — by my side for decades.

Traditional school wasn't my path. I dropped out, secured my GED before my class even graduated, and married my wife at 18. To support our growing family, I went straight into factory work on the off-shifts — for 15 years, the iron was my anchor. When the factory sent our jobs overseas, I started over at 33 as a union refinery worker. Grueling hours, physical labor, constantly rotating shifts. I used the on-site gym and kept grinding.

Over the decades, the approach evolved — lifting, nutrition, and the cutting edge of supplementation, all dialed in. A few years ago, after raising three children, my wife joined me on this ultimate fitness journey. Today, at 50 years old, we both maintain peak physical health and visible abdominal fitness while working full-time.

We are living proof you can put your health first, no matter the hours or the age. The .02 Percent Club exists to find the rare few over 50 who've done the same — to swap blueprints, share successes, and build a ladder for the ones inches away from joining the elite .02%.

My Story In Five Pictures

The mirror stopped lying. So I went looking for answers.

Fitness has been my passion for decades. These five photos are the proof, and the story behind them is the reason this club exists. Drag, swipe, or tap an age to walk through it.

Where it all started.

Fitness has been my passion for decades. At 25, this was me at my physical peak.

Swipe ahead. Things were about to change.

The mirror was telling me something.

By 42, I wasn't keeping up. I was putting in the time, but the mirror was showing me a physical decline, and I couldn't figure out why.

I wasn't sure what was wrong. I almost wrote it off and let it be.

One question changed everything.

Then one day, a coworker from another shift walked in. I hadn't seen him in a while, and he looked visibly younger and more muscular. I asked him what the hell he was doing, because man, was it working.

He told me he had found out his testosterone was low and was being treated through a local clinic. I got all the information and booked an appointment. Sure enough, my bloodwork came back with my testosterone in the low 300s. Years of swing shifts had my circadian rhythm all out of sorts.

Seeing my old self come back.

Working with my new team, I got my testosterone into the upper range, most likely higher now than it was in my 20s. My energy started coming back, and I could see my old self returning.

From there, I started studying what is becoming the new normal in today's world: older people who no longer just accept growing old and slow. I dove into supplementation and longevity.

Today, and why this club exists.

At 50, I feel better, and I'm far more aware of what I put in my body. I run extensive bloodwork to keep my markers in the green, and I keep learning about every new advance that can improve quality of life as we age.

So I decided to build a community to share what I've learned and, hopefully, learn new things from others with the same passion.
